What you will do:

  • Prioritize incoming sales inquiries
  • Prepare quotes for customers
  • Provide administrative support to sales team
  • Provide local trade show assistance
  • Open/close office daily
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Greet customers/answer phones

What we want to see:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Administrative/support experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized, efficient, ability to work independently/multi-task
  • Initiative, creativity, and a can-do attitude
  • Desire to take on more responsibility

How to stand out from the crowd:

  • Previous sales support experience
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Interest in autonomous driving
