OUR GOAL

To enable the future of transportation by significantly reducing development time of autonomy, therefore rocketing our customers forward

Highway Automation modular software utilizes our extensive background experience and smartly applies it to relevant on-highway applications. Our engineers have optimized these applications to be completely independent of the middleware and sensing hardware. This means that you can apply this code to virtually any sensing hardware that provides the appropriate measurement data.

“The AStuff highway auto-pilot showcases the smoothest controls and the most natural feeling ride that we have ever experienced!” -Anonymous

HIGH SPEED HIGHWAY AUTOMATION

Lane Change Assist (LCA)

Lane Change Assist can prevent critical situations from occurring when changing lanes, thereby reducing the risk of accidents.  The LCA system detects vehicles in the driver’s blind spot or approaching rapidly from the rear by using two mid-range radar sensors in the rear corners of the vehicle. When the turn signal is activated to indicate a lane change, the result is a customizable life saving visual or audible warning.

Intelligent Lane Centering (LC)

The ILC system detects vehicles in the driver’s blind spot or approaching rapidly from the rear. This information is fed into the ILC algorithms. ILC is a combination of Highway Auto-Pilot, intelligent decision making and advanced lateral control to the adjacent lane. When the turn signal is activated in HAP mode the result is a automatic and natural feeling lane change.

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)

Based on mono-camera and radar data (no gps or map required), the control algorithms automatically adjust the vehicle speed to maintain a safe distance from the vehicles ahead. The safe distance is programmable through a development user interface (or customer specific interface). This requires careful control over the throttle and brake for longitudinal control. The control result is a “human-like” driving experience.

LOW SPEED HIGHWAY AUTOMATION

Traffic Jam Assist (TJA)

Based on mono-camera and radar data, the control algorithms perfectly position the vehicle in the center of the lanes and automatically adjusts the vehicle speed to maintain a safe distance from the vehicles ahead. The safe distance is programmable through a development user interface (or customer specific interface). The control result is a hands and feet free automatic highway driving experience at speeds between 0-35mph.

SMART HIGH SPEED HIGHWAY AUTOMATION

Intelligent Lane Change (ILC)

The ILC system detects vehicles in the driver’s blind spot or approaching rapidly from the rear. This information is fed into the ILC algorithms. ILC is a combination of Highway Auto-Pilot, intelligent decision making and advanced lateral control to the adjacent lane. When the turn signal is activated in HAP mode the result is a automatic and natural feeling lane change.

Highway Autopilot (HAP)

Based on mono-camera and radar data (no gps or map required), the control algorithms perfectly position the vehicle in the center of the lanes even on curvy highway scenarios and automatically adjusts the vehicle speed to maintain a safe distance from the vehicles ahead. The safe distance is programmable through a development user interface (or customer specific interface). The control result is a hands and feet free automatic highway driving experience at speeds between 45-70mph.
